For our international shipping we use DHL. This is to ensure that you get the best international shipping rates possible. Please allow 4 - 6 working days for your international purchases; however, this does not include the time for customs. Black Box Boutique has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges, you will be responsible for their payment.
Please be aware that all the prices listed above cover most purchases. However, for large items or large purchases we have the right to charge extra for shipping so it fits accordingly.
All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you do purchase something online and upon receiving it doesn’t fit right you can return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else. Black Box is happy to refund or exchange your order, but this must be done within 14 days of your receipt. Please note; for a refund you would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to Black Box. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us and we can email you a return slip and send out the other item you wish to try once the first item has been returned. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and all that in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sample and clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or repair. All sales are final.
Earrings and Swimwear are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Now, a step-to-step guide on how to return or exchange your purchase…
1. Before an item is returned you must email ONLINESALES@BLACKBOXBOUTIQUE.CO.NZ and point out what the item is that you wish to return and why you are returning it.
2. Black Box will then give you the details for sending the product back.
3. You must then pay to send the item back to Black Box. This must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at Black Box. The item must be in pristine condition with the original tags attached, and include your filled out return form.
4. Once Black Box receives the item back, we will contact our supplier and either repair the item, send you your new item or refund you.
Black Box reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime.
Because all the orders made are processed immediately, the cancellation of a submitted order is not accepted, so make sure you are certain you want to buy your items before submitting your order.
